Not a and o Stamp

I don't like that thing that we live at 2011 and still many websites don't work well with ä and ö. Also many fonts don't include those 2 important letters! There is plenty of languages that have ä and ö at the alphabets.

Swedish people can make a stamp for å. It is also at the Finnish alphabets but I don't understand why...
